<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding machine which hardly has disordered winding even if there is a variation in diameter of a winding wire. <P>SOLUTION: In the winding machine equipped with a movable flange 6, for example, each time the winding wire is wound one turn, the wound winding wire is moved by the movable flange 6 to correct the position thereof.
