PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden counter which suppresses the occurrence of warping due to temperature change and humidity change, and suppresses the occurrence of cracking due to the heat. SOLUTION: A fancy veneer 1 is integrally laminated on the surface of a substrate 3 made of a wooden plywood, and a single panel 2 is arranged on the side end surface. The fancy veneer 1 and the single panel 2 are the waterproof treated wooden counter, and the waterproof treatment is treated by (1) impregnated curing of uncured permeation type hydrophobic resin to the fancy veneer 1 and the single panel 2 and (2) coating impregnation and curing of a uncured permeation type UV (ultraviolet light) cured resin from the surface side afterward.
