PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply which, with a load fluctuation of an output voltage being small, realizes constant voltage control with high precision. SOLUTION: A feedback circuit 3 generates an error amplification signal VEAO that stabilizes an output voltage Vo into a reference voltage preset in the feedback circuit 3. The error amplification signal VEAO controls peak value of a drain current ID that flows a switching element 1, for stabilizing the output voltage Vo. Meanwhile, a reference voltage variable circuit 13, based on the error amplification signal VEAO, raises an internal reference voltage of the feedback circuit 3 when a load 132 becomes larger, to suppress fluctuation of the output voltage caused by fluctuation of the load.
