PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly pass wires having a wide range of sizes with excellent workability. SOLUTION: In this wire protecting member 2, continuous cutting lines 21 (shown by dashed lines in the figure) are formed to form a plurality of (eight in this case) flexible parts 22 being regions having flexibility. The cutting lines 21 comprise line segment-like first cutting lines 212 along a center line in the vertical direction of the wire protecting member 2, and five line segment-like second cutting lines 211 perpendicular to the first cutting lines 212 and having middle points on the first cutting lines 212. A region located on the upper side (or the lower side) of the first cutting line 212 and sandwiched between two of the second cutting lines 211 adjacent to each other is the flexible part 22 being a region having flexibility. When a connector penetrates a wire passing hole, the flexible part 22 is pressed by the connector and bent toward the wire passing destination, whereby a space is created.
