PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely drive a relay with small power consumption while achieving miniaturization/cost-reduction of a relay driving circuit. SOLUTION: A diode D1 is provided between a DC power supply and a positive-side terminal of an electrolytic capacitor C1. A transistor FET1 is provided between the DC power supply and a negative-side terminal of the electrolytic capacitor C1. The negative-side terminal of the electrolytic capacitor C1 is grounded via a resistor R1. A transistor FET2 is provided between the first terminal of the relay 10 and the ground. The positive-side terminal of the electrolytic capacitor C1 is connected to the second terminal of the relay 10. The transistors FET1, FET2 are controlled to an ON-state when switching the relay 10 from an OFF-state to an ON-state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
