PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card base plate latch, in which rigidity impairing operativity of a movable arm member with a locking part provided on it is not increased and in which an undesirable deformation is made hard to occur and a proper locking condition of the locking part for one end part of the card base plate can be maintained stable. SOLUTION: The latch is provided with movable arm members (33A, 33B) connected with a conductive plate member (32), locking parts (35A, 35B) which is provided on a free end part of the movable arm ember and locks one end part of the card base plate drawn near the conductive plate member, a locking piece part (36A) projected from the free end part of the movable arm member, and locking guiding parts (34A, 34B) which is provided on a part near the free end part of the movable arm member in the conductive plate member and guides a shift of the locking piece part while the locking piece part is contacted and connected.
