PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulated power supply circuit for achieving the high-speed rise of a DC output voltage, and reducing broad bandwidth noise. SOLUTION: In the regulated power supply circuit which outputs a predetermined DC voltage by controlling a DC power supply voltage with the operation of a semiconductor device such as a transistor, a first switch 11 is turned on and a noise cut filter 10 is connected to the output side of a transistor 5, and a second switch 12 is turned off and the noise cut filter 10 is removed from the reference voltage input side of an amplifier 4, until a DC output voltage settles when starting the circuit. After the DC output voltage settles, the first switch 11 is turned off and the noise cut filter 10 is removed from the output side of the transistor 5, and the second switch 12 is turned on and the noise cut filter 10 is connected to the reference voltage input side of the amplifier 4.
