PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresnel lens sheet particularly having a widened viewing angle in the vertical direction, and to provide a transmission type projection television provided with a low-cost transmission type screen of one-sheet constitution made of the fresnel lens sheet. SOLUTION: In the fresnel lens sheet, a prism lens group of manipulating the transmission direction of video light is formed on one surface serving as the video light incident side of a light transmissive substrate and a light diffusion pattern is formed on another surface serving as the video light emission side (observer side) of the side opposite to the video light incident side.
