PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure melamine resin decorative plate which is free from degradation in designedness of a decorative sheet even when subjected to a high temperature and a high pressure. SOLUTION: The high-pressure melamine resin decorative plate is formed by laminating a melamine resin impregnated paper 3 and a core layer 4 in this order on back surface of a decorative sheet 2, and subjecting to heat- and press-molding, wherein the decorative sheet 2 has a low-gloss pattern ink layer laid at least partially on a substrate and a surface protection layer which covers whole area including domains with and without the low-gloss pattern ink layer while residing and abutting on the low-gloss pattern ink layer, the surface protection layer is a crosslink cured product of an ionizing radiation curable resin composition, and a low-gloss domain visually recognized as a recess is formed, right above and near the low-gloss pattern ink layer, in the surface protection layer.
