PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an insert injection-molded product for preventing the non-filling of a polymer molding material in the thin-walled part of the polymer molded part of the insert injection-molded product and integrally forming the polymer molded part having a desired shape to the surface of an insert member. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the insert injection-molded product, the polymer molding material heated by shearing heat is injected from the injection gate 68 provided to the molding surface which constitutes a thick-walled molding cavity part 130. The molding material injected in the thick-walled molding cavity part 130 and the vicinity thereof and the liquid polymer molding material flows to thin-walled molding cavity parts 126, 124A, 124B and 122B from the thick-walled molding cavity part 130 to realize the filling of the cavity part.
