PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a bamboo-blind hanging gear (10) to be equipped on a sash upper-frame even when a sash upper frame upper plate (2) cannot be used, because of a structure of a building or a window, for fixation of a fixture (5) to equip the bamboo-blind hanger (10) having a nip equipment part on a base end. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by fixing the fixture (5) consisting of two facing plates and having an appropriately U-shaped cross-section pressed and fixed to a sash upper frame front plate (3) using an adhesive.
