PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for stratum corneum exfoliation which can be used simply and which can exfoliate a stratum corneum uniformly, and to provide an adhesive composition for stratum corneum exfoliation used for the sheet. SOLUTION: In the adhesive sheet for stratum corneum exfoliation consisting of a supporting body and an adhesive layer laminated on one side of the supporting body, the adhesive layer is formed using (meta)acrylic polymer, (meta)acrylic oligomer having a lactam ring, and a cross linking agent when it is required. It is preferable that The (meta)acrylic oligomer having a lactam ring is a copolymer of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone and a (meta)acrylic acid alkyl ester, and preferably, the blending quantity of the (meta)acrylic oligomer having the lactam ring and the N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone is 5 to 50 mol%.
