A control scheme is developed based upon the evaluated data, where the control scheme is configured to manipulate one or more actuators (118a-118n, 158, 168, 178) across a plurality of levels (122-126). In addition, one or more of the actuators (118a- 118n, 158, 168, 178) across the plurality of levels (122-126) are manipulated in accordance with the developed control scheme.
