A protective layer (4) of polytetrafluoroethylene is located between the electronic component (1) and the inner side of the tire (2). The electronic component and/or the protective layer are free to move on the protective layer. The protective layer, a platelet, is 1-2 mm thick. It alternatively has the form of a casing. The protective layer is held by an outer container (5). Parts of the tire module (3) are connected (6) to the inner side of the tire, using cyanoacrylate adhesive.
