An oscillation dampener (10) for an aircraft control circuit with a dynamically stimulated component (12) has an absorption base (14) combined with a spring-mass system (18) consisting of a leaf spring (20) attached to the free end of the base mass (22). The base mass has a housing (26) containing a piston (28) whose position is adjustable. Further claimed is a commensurate oscillation dampening system.
