The filling plant for cheese production, with a trough (2) in which are located forms (3), has a filling frame (4) which for the filling of the associated form is lowered by a lower section basically as far as the bottom region of the form. The part of the filling frame which is inserted in the form is a basically top and bottom open channel section, the side wall of which is rounded and/or is formed from several sidewalls. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a form for a filling plant, wherein the height of filling frame associated with the form corresponds at least to the height of the form or exceeds this; and (2) a method for filling of a milk and cheese curd mixture for cheese production, especially in a filling plant.
