METHOD FOR FABRICATING AUXILIARY ELECTRODE IN ORGANIC LUMINESCENT EMITTING DEVICE

A method for fabricating an auxiliary electrode in an organic luminescent emitting device is provided to adjust amine concentration of washing liquid selectively in the washing process after a wet etching process or a photoresist stripping process. A method for fabricating an auxiliary electrode in an organic luminescent emitting device includes the steps of: forming both electrode layer patterns extending to any one direction on a plate; forming an auxiliary electrode pattern composed of a multi-layer metal film including aluminum alloy on the end of the both electrode layer patterns; loading a plate including the auxiliary electrode pattern to a washing device; and forming a lateral profile of the auxiliary electrode pattern composed of the multi-layer metal film equally by gradually supplying more than two kinds of washing liquid mixed amine with different content and ultrapure water in the washing device.
