A cylinder head gasket is provided to minimize the movement of a gasket without ensuring the sufficient width and thickness of a gasket bead, and to ensure the endurance and the functionality of the gasket without reducing cooling water. A bridge(16) has a thin band shape, and is arranged toward the center portion of a combustion chamber while passing through a cooling water passage(13). Two end portions of the bridge(16) are connected to the combustion chamber of a bead and the body of a gasket. Since the end portion connected to the combustion chamber is positioned at the center portion of the bead making contact with the cooling water passage(13). When the thickness of the gasket is 2mm, the strength of the gasket is improved. |
