A charging/discharging device (602) for charging a capacitance (Cp) to be charged/discharged, comprising an electric energy recovering capacitor (Cr1) an end of which is coupled to a first power supply (GND) via a first switch means (SW11) and the other end of which is coupled to a second power supply (Vs+Vo) via a second switch means (SW12); a first path forming means (D11), an end of which is coupled to a junction between the second power supply and the other end of the recovering capacitor and the other end of which is coupled to the to-be-charged/discharged capacitance, for charging the to-be-charged/discharged capacitance via a resonant inductor (L1) when the first switch means is turned on; and a second path forming means (D12), an end of which is coupled to a junction between the first power supply and the one end of the recovering capacitor and the other end of which is coupled to the to-be-charged/discharged capacitance, for discharging, when the second switch means is turned on, the to-be-charged/discharged capacitance via the resonant inductor (L1) to cause the electric energy to be recovered to the recovering capacitor.
