摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control the humidification amount of a fuel gas while downsizing a humidification device for humidifying the fuel gas supplied to the side of a fuel electrode. <P>SOLUTION: An anode humidification device 12 is interlaid on an air exhaust passage L5 being a passage for a cathode off-gas from an oxidizer electrode 3, and interlaid on a hydrogen supply passage L1 being a passage for hydrogen supplied to the fuel electrode 2, and executes moisture exchange between the cathode off-gas and the supplied hydrogen. A cathode three-way valve 22 is arranged on the air exhaust passage L5 on the upstream side relative to the anode humidification device 12, and distributes air exhausted from the oxidizer electrode 3 to the side of an anode humidification means and an intermediate passage L6 different from the air exhaust passage L5, and its distribution quantity can be adjusted.
