<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degradable polymer fibre-based three-dimensional braiding scaffold in which anterior cruciate host cells used as a transplantation material consisting of survival cells in ligament reconstruction and restoration are seeded and also a method for manufacturing these materials. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for building a replacing structure comprising the degradable polymer fibre-based three-dimensional braiding scaffold in which the anterior cruciate host cells are seeded, the anterior cruciate host cells are collected, propagated, and subcultured and the cultured cells are seeded in the degradable polymer fibre-based three-dimensional braiding scaffold.
