<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power even while matching impedance in a light receiving element module. <P>SOLUTION: A light receiving element 11 and an amplifier 12 for amplifying electric signals from the light receiving element 11 are loaded on a stem 14. Between the stem 14 and a flexible board 20, a dielectric board 18 is arranged. In order to transmit the electric signals from the amplifier 12 to the board 20, a lead pin 15d is provided passing through the stem 14 and the dielectric board 18. The amplifier 12 includes capacitance components in the output, and the output impedance is the impedance higher than the impedance to be impedance-matched with the board 20. Also, the thickness d of the dielectric board 18 is such that inductive inductance components for canceling the capacitance components of the amplifier 12 are included as the inductance components of the lead pin 16d, and the impedance is matched with the board 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
