<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pick-up circuit capable of generating a sensor output which is not affected by fluctuation in the property of a transistor determining a bias voltage of the sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The image pick-up circuit comprises a plurality of sensor elements each having an electric resistance value according to the amount of incident light, of witch the first end is coupled to predetermined voltage potential, a plurality of transistors arranged with the plurality of sensor elements one to one and of witch the source end is coupled to a second end of the plurality of sensor elements, a constant current source coupled to the drain edge of the plurality of transistors, and a switching circuit for coupling a gate edge side and a drain edge side of each of the plurality of transistors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
