PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing the disturbance or temporary stop of video and audio caused by the deterioration of the receiving state of digital broadcast without the need for a communication charge and power consumption more than those in an ordinary state even if the receiving state of digital broadcast is deteriorated. SOLUTION: In a mobile phone mounted with a terrestrial digital broadcast receiving function, a stream delay buffer 219 delays a stream transmitted faster in two kinds of streams, and a first stream separation section 220 separates and outputs broadcast data of one program from the stream delayed by the stream delay buffer 219. Further, a second stream separation section 221 separates and outputs broadcast data of one program from the stream transmitted later.
