<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed resin extrusion molding capable of efficiently manufacturing a woodflour-filled molding using a thermoplastic resin softer than a conventional one, a molding with a high expansion ratio, molding having a complex cross sectional shape or the like, by generating neither molding failure nor bending even when expanded on one side while increasing the surface strength on the side not expanded, and to provide its manufacturing device. <P>SOLUTION: In the foamed resin extrusion molding obtained by extrusion molding a foamed thermoplastic resin, foaming parts are unevenly distributed in the lower portion of the extruded resin, the foamed thermoplastic resin has 5 to 30 pts.wt. of talc based on 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin of the foamed thermoplastic resin, and the protruding temperature is 170 to 190°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
