<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor controller capable of restraining communication precision of a signal from getting low, in the sensor controller as an external unit connected to a plurality of exhaust gas sensors provided around a catalyst in an exhaust passage. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor controller 11 is provided with a plurality of drive control circuits connected to the respective exhaust gas sensors 43, 45, 47, 49, 51 in a one-to-one relation, in an inside of one casing. The sensor controller 11 transceives a signal to/from an ECU 9 via a digital communication line 61. The digital communication line 61 can transceive the signal by a prescribed communication protocol to transceive the plurality of kinds of signals, although it is physically one line of cable. In the sensor controller 11, a plurality of signal cables of analogue type is not required to be used when transmitting the plurality of kinds of signals to the ECU 9, and the communication precision of the signal to the ECU 9 is restrained from getting low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
