PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a speaker diaphragm capable of reducing manufacturing time and costs. SOLUTION: In the speaker diaphragm 1, a first resin layer 2 is formed inside and a second one 3 is formed on the surface. The speaker diaphragm 1 is manufactured by injecting a mixed material generated by melting and kneading a first resin 2 having a low melt flow rate, and a second one 3 having a melt flow rate that is higher than that of the first resin 2 into a die 20 of which temperature is lower than that of the mixed material.
