PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always output a correct measurement result by correcting properly a change with time caused by contamination or the like inside a detection cell. SOLUTION: A value f00 of a pulse frequency corresponding to a prescribed set current is stored in a memory 21 in the state just after washing the detection cell 12. When analyzing a sample, before introducing each sample into the detection cell 12, first of all, a frequency (frequency before measurement) f0 corresponding to the same set current is stored similarly in the memory 21. When producing a chromatogram from the value of a frequency f measured after introducing the sample into the detection cell 12, or when calculating a sample concentration, the two kinds of frequency values stored in the frequency storage means are used.
