PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for presenting the good appearance of a pavement surface on which no cement milk remains in constructing semi-infiltrating type semiflexible pavement. SOLUTION: In carrying out semi-infiltrating pavement wherein cement milk is not infiltrated into the surface of open-graded asphalt mixture pavement in the semiflexible pavement, a water repellent is applied beforehand to the surface of opened-graded asphalt mixture pavement, and after dried, cement milk is poured to the pavement surface to which the water repellent is applied, and infiltrated into voids in the pavement.
