PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and lighten a swinging mechanism and a cab and improve action performance by stabilizing tilting action and revolving action of the cab. SOLUTION: The swinging mechanism 20 and the cab 11 are mounted on a tilting mechanism 14, and the tilting mechanism 14 is mounted on a revolving frame 6 which is a hard member. Consequently, it is possible to form the tilting mechanism 14 with sufficient strength and to certainly receive weight, etc. of the swinging mechanism 20 and the cab 11. Consequently, the tilting mechanism 14 can stably tilt the cab 11. In the meantime, it is possible to form the swinging mechanism 20 and the cab 11 light and small in a simple structure by mounting only the cab 11 on the swinging mechanism 20 and to improve assembling workability.
