PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat height mechanism capable of enhancing the safety performance in a rear-end collision without complicating the constitution. SOLUTION: Lower ends of right and left integrated rear links 18 are pivotably supported by and connected to a supporting bracket 18 which is provided on a seat riser 14 and deformable at least downwardly, respectively. Predetermined engagement pins 44 are integrally provided on the right and left rear links 18, and passive plates 46 for receiving the engagement of the engagement pins therebelow are arranged at right and left corresponding positions of the seat riser 14 at the height with a predetermined clearance L1 from the engagement pins.
