PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle height adjusting device capable of rapidly adjusting the vehicle height necessary for enhancing the convenience in an intended get-out by an occupant. SOLUTION: A vehicle height adjustment system comprises a vehicle height adjustment control unit during the get-out corresponding to the seated position which sets the control content of the vehicle height adjustment during the get-out when an occupant gets out a vehicle based on information on which seat position the occupant is seated out of a plurality of seats provided in the vehicle. When it is determined that "the occupant is seated in a rear seat", the control content "the vehicle height of every wheel is simultaneously lowered" is set. When it is determined that "no occupant is seated in the rear seat" and "an occupant is seated in a front passenger seat", the control content that "the vehicle height of right and left front wheels is lowered with priority over right and left rear wheels" is set. As described above, a priority is given to the lowering of the vehicle height of the wheels related to the convenience when the occupant gets out the vehicle over the wheels not related to enhancement of the convenience when the occupant gets out the vehicle, and the vehicle height necessary for enhancing the vehicle get-out property of the occupant is rapidly performed.
