PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector structure for a vehicle improved in utility. SOLUTION: The protector structure for a vehicle comprises a transaxle 21 mounted on a vehicle, an inverter 12 arranged to be adjacent to the transaxle 21, and a protector 31 fixed on the transaxle 21 and shifting a traveling direction of the inverter 12 moving at the time of vehicular collision from a direction toward the transaxle 21.
