PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film laminate for retaining the matting texture on a decorative surface, improving anti-soiling properties on the surface, and achieving matting texture retention and soil prevention while securing moisture absorbing and releasing properties when the decorative surface has the moisture absorbing and releasing properties. SOLUTION: The coat laminate is provided in which a coating layer is disposed on a surface of a matting coat layer in a state where the matting coat layer is visible, wherein the coating layer is formed by applying a coating liquid containing a synthetic resin emulsion in which an acrylic resin derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate and a silicone resin derived from a cyclic siloxane compound are mixed at a weight ratio of 99:1 to 30:70 as a resin component in an emulsion particle with a coating amount of 0.1 to 50 g/m<SP>2</SP>.
