PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage chair which enables a user to easily take a relaxing posture and can execute appropriate massage. SOLUTION: The massage chair 100 including a seat part 20 with a seat surface 20a where the user sits, a backrest part 10 with a backrest surface 10a for supporting the back of the user, and a shoulder position sensor 11 for detecting the shoulder position of the user in the state of supporting the back of the user by the backrest surface 10a comprises: a massage control part 80 for performing a massage process defined as the process from the detection of the shoulder position by the shoulder position sensor 11 to the end of the massage executed to the user; a biological information sensor 210 for acquiring the biological information of the user sitting on the seat surface 20a; and an angle adjustment instruction part 54 for changing the inclination of the seat surface 20a before starting the massage process on the basis of the biological information acquired by the biological information sensor 210.
