PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual recognition tag for poultry, easily attachable to the neck of chicken for the individual recognition of chickens having especially large breeding number, surely preventing the fall-out, rotation and dangling by engaging with the wing after attachment, and enabling easy reading of individual information from a recording part on an attaching belt. SOLUTION: The individual recognition tag is composed of a belt ring 3 to be hooked on the neck, a linear member 5 protruding slantly upward to the inside of the belt ring 3 and hooking on the wing, and a recording part 7 of individual information attached to a belt attaching piece 6 suspended from the belt ring 3.
