PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the flavor of a coffee-containing composition by which flavor generation and body feeling each specific to coffee in a coffee-containing composition is remarkably enhanced: and to provide a coffee-containing composition remarkably enhanced in flavor generation and body feeling of coffee. SOLUTION: The method for improving flavor of a coffee-containing composition comprises adding 0.0001-0.05 wt.% of Arabian gum per 1 wt.% of coffee raw beans to the coffee-containing composition.
