In an assembly of a closure for a door opening or window opening and a closing mechanism therefor, in which the closure comprises two guide tracks, a winding mechanism for a flexible screen and an operating beam attached to the flexible screen and guided in the guide tracks, the closing mechanism is adapted for being mounted opposite to the winding mechanism and is provided with at least one preloaded pull member which is connected to the operating beam.
