摘要 <p>The device for production of large fiber composite structural component for airplane parts such as wing boxes, flaps and rear fuselage, comprises a pre-determined shaping body (1), a controllable placing unit (9) e.g. marking device and/or linear laser projector system for accurate placing of flat non-woven fiber aggregate and/or additional strengthening material in connection with the accurate position of the shaping body, an adjustable podium for receiving each range of the shaping body through an operation unit, and a controllable rotating device for rotating the shaping body. The device for large scale production of fiber composite structural component for airplane parts such as wing boxes, flaps and rear fuselage, comprises a pre-determined shaping body (1), a controllable placing unit (9) e.g. marking device and/or linear laser projector system for accurate placing of flat non-woven fiber aggregate and/or additional strengthening material in connection with the accurate position of the shaping body, an adjustable podium for receiving each range of the shaping body through an operation unit, a controllable rotating device for rotating the shaping body and the placing unit relative to a predetermined rotating angle, a central control unit connected to a control of the placing unit and the rotating device, and an emergency operation mechanism for a manual emergency operation of the placing of the fiber aggregate during failure of the automatic control by the central control unit. The shaping body has an upending, flat basin and an oval or circular cross section. The structural component is formed as pressure calotte of the aircraft. The placing unit has four synchronously controllable stroke columns (4), which are arranged around the shaping body in pairs. Each pair of stroke columns is assigned as height adjustable crossbeams (5). Two synchronously adjustable reception sledges (6) are integrated into each crossbeam for the reception of pre-determined, flat non-woven fiber aggregate rollers. The reception sledge has an electronic drive unit controllable through the central control unit synchronically to the remaining reception sledge. The central control unit is connected with the stroke column for synchronous vertical adjustment of the assigned crossbeams along the longitudinal direction of the stroke column and with the reception sledge for a synchronous horizontal adjustment of the reception sledge along the crossbeam. The placing unit has a delivery arrangement for the reception of the fiber aggregate rolled up on the rollers from a carrier vehicle into a defined delivery position. The rotating device has a controllable rotating disk for receiving and positioning the shaping body relative to the placing unit. The rotating disk has an electronic drive unit controllable through the central control unit. The podium is adjustable along a rail system and has a tiltable platform. All construction component of the device is in contact with the placed fiber aggregate for preventing contamination of the aggregate. An independent claim is included for a procedure for production of large fiber composite structural component.</p>
