A deadener removing device is provided to remove equally a deadener around each hole by exactly pushing out the deadener in a predetermined shape with the air jetted from an air spraying pipe before an under floor panel of the lower part of a vehicle body coated with the deadener is inserted into an oven. A deadener removing device is composed of: an air spraying pipe(1) connected with an air hose(5) providing line pneumatic air and having plural air jetting ports(9) formed along the outer peripheral surface of a tapering face(7) of the end portion; plural support rods(3) installed along the center outer peripheral surface of the air spraying pipe to supply the air spraying pipe for a coating surface(11); and a length varying unit(13) installed between the air spraying pipe and each support rod, to adjust the length of the support rods according to the spraying position and spraying angle of the air spraying pipe for the coating surface by elastically supporting the rear ends of the support rods to the outer peripheral surface of the air spraying pipe.
