<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric drive element for a conveyor, capable of using the input commercial voltage of a drive power supply for a vibrator both at 100V and 200V by significantly lowering the drive input voltage, making an isolation transformer and a step-up transformer for the input commercial voltage of the driving power supply unnecessary and being capable of size reduction. <P>SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric drive element for the conveyor, piezoelectric laminated ceramics bonded with metallic spring plates are used, and ceramic boards and internal electrodes 10a and 10b are alternately laminated in the piezoelectric laminated ceramics. In the piezoelectric drive element for the conveyor, internal connection electrodes 11a and 11b connecting the internal electrodes 10a and 10b to electrodes are fitted, and the internal connecting electrodes 11a and 11b are fitted at centers in a direction crossing the ceramic boards. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
