PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator of high quality with good maintainability using a small motor with a small outer diameter. SOLUTION: The ventilator has the motor 6 mounted to a mounting structure 7 integrally provided at a rear part in the inserting direction of an air channel 1 into a pipe 2, and an impeller 9 mounted to a rotating shaft 8 of the motor 6 extended on the centerline of the air channel 1. The mounting structure 7 comprises a plurality of legs 13 extending in an axial direction from the end of the air channel 1; a motor cover 15 supported to the center of the air channel 1 by bridging parts 14 extended radially inward from the ends of the legs 13, to wrap a motor outer shell 16 on the projecting side of the rotating shaft 8 and to fix the motor 6; a lead outlet cover for covering the outlet part of a motor lead 18 of the fixed motor 6; and a lead guide structure 22 of U-shaped cross section having a lead guide groove 23 for guiding the motor lead 18 from the lead outlet cover part to the rear end of the air channel 1.
