PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a drive member via torque higher than that of a motor, and to reduce dimensions in a direction perpendicularly crossing the rotary axis line of the motor. SOLUTION: A reduction gear mechanism 3 provided between the motor 1 and a rotary cam member 4 having a cam groove 4a on an outer circumference, and transmitting torque of the motor 1 to the rotary cam member 4 is provided. A drive member 5 deforming a diaphragm 6 comprises a member engaging with the cam groove 4a of the rotary cam member 4 and reciprocating in the direction of the rotary shaft line 1a of the motor 1 with accompanying rotation of the rotary cam member 4. An output shaft 3b and an input shaft 3a of the reduction gear mechanism 3 is provided on the rotary shaft line 1a of the motor 1, and a rotary shaft center 4b of the rotary cam member 4, a shaft center 5a2 of the drive member 5, and a center 6a of the diaphragm 6 are provided on the rotary axis line 1a of the motor 1.
