<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact piezoelectric oscillator with a low height provided with an electric check terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillator includes: a package 10 wherein a first recessed part 11 is formed to one side, a second recessed part 15 is formed to the other side, at least a side face of part of the second recessed part 15 is open, and a conductor wired from each inner face of the first recessed part 11 or the second recessed part15 to an outer face is formed; a crystal resonator piece 20 contained in the first recessed part 11 and connected to the conductor; a lid 24 in which the first recessed part 11 is hermetic sealed in contact with one side; an IC chip 25 contained in the second recessed part 15 and connected to the conductor; a resin part 30 packed to the second recessed part 15 in a way of covering the IC chip 25; and the electric check terminal 31 formed onto the resin part 30 of the second recessed part 15 and connected to a terminal connection part 18 of the package 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
