PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for accurately and rapidly finding, for each wiring pattern, electric resonance frequencies of all the wiring patterns present on a circuit board, which is a printed circuit board mounted with a component. SOLUTION: This resonance frequency calculation device finding the electronic resonance frequency of the wiring pattern in the printed circuit board mounted with the component has: a model generation means 13 creating a simplified circuit model by use of material information of each part and a cross-sectional structure of the wiring pattern, full length information of wiring, and central-constant parameter of the component; an arithmetic means 14 finding an electronic characteristic in the wiring pattern by use of the simplified circuit model created by the model generation means; and a resonance frequency calculation means 15 calculating the resonance frequency from information of the electric characteristic fond by the arithmetic mans.
