PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic communication system and method for reducing facilities and time by securing the automatic interchangeability of communication equipment, and making communication while performing confirmation processing from set data by using the interchangeability of the terminal. SOLUTION: The control of each piece of communication equipment is performed in one automatic communication tool 3. All communication terminal is connected to one PC, and controlled by the automatic communication tool 3. A transmission and reception command for communication is preliminarily stored as set data in the automatic communication tool, and whether or not a reception result expected for the transmission command when it is actually transmitted between the communication equipment is matched with the set data is decided, and the automation of the tool is achieved by a method for shifting to the next operation.
