PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abnormal noise generated from a hermetic compressor, when the rotating speed of the hermetic compressor is abruptly changed by starting, stopping, or the like. SOLUTION: A support body 141 has an insertion part 141b horizontally restricting an inner diameter part of a mounting hole 105a of a mount and a receiving part 141c receiving the vicinity of a mounting hole 105a of the mount in a direction of gravitational force, and a support column 141d higher in hardness than the insertion part 141b and the receiving part 141c is installed in the receiving part 141c. Therefore, the insertion part 141b and the receiving part 141 are not susceptible to permanent set in fatigue even if they are made of low-hardness material, and an inertia force of a rotor can be released by moving a sealed vessel 101a to a horizontal direction of the mount 105, so that the abnormal noise generated when the rotating speed is abruptly changed in starting or stopping of the hermetic compressor can be reduced.
