PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form unit capable of saving labor in work such as assembling or disassembling forms, of suppressing the occurrence of noise or vibration, of diverting its purpose of use, and of requiring no use of wooden plywood. SOLUTION: Form units 10 are used for placing concrete in a construction work and comprises load supporting members 11 each containing a member 11c formed to a grid shape, an intermediate layer 12 made of a foamed resin material laid on the load supporting member, and a concrete contact layer 13 made of a sheet or board member laid on the intermediate layer thereby permitting the work of driving nails into the sheet or board.
