PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new derivative for reducing adverse effects of a pharmaceutical compound having kinase inhibitory actions and to provide a pharmaceutical composition comprising the derivative. SOLUTION: A phosphorus-substituted kinase inhibitory compound is obtained by introducing a phosphonic acid ester into a pharmaceutical having the kinase inhibitory actions (e.g. gefitinib, imatinib, erlotinib, vatalanib or staurosporine). The pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound and a therapeutic method are provided. Thereby, a phosphonate-containing molecule at a high concentration can be achieved in a target cell and the compound can be applied to various therapeutic formulations and treatments (various kinds of tumors, leukemias, inflammatory diseases, psoriases, transplant rejections, etc.).
