PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharging pressure controller which learns and corrects a power supply to control an electric motor and controls the supercharging pressure optimally all the time, in a electric motor turbocharger with a motor rotating and driving the turbine of the turbocharger.

SOLUTION: The supercharging pressure controller is provided with: the electric motor 11b for rotating the compressor 11a of the turbocharger 11 to change the supercharging pressure; a target supercharging pressure determining means 16; a supercharging pressure detecting means 19 detecting the actual supercharging pressure; a power supply determining means 16 determining the power supply to the motor 11b based on a prescribed power determining reference defining the relation of the target supercharging pressure, the actual supercharging pressure and the power supply to the motor 11b; and a learning and correcting means 16 learning the variation of the actual supercharging pressure in relation to the power supply to the motor 11b and correcting the power supply determining reference of the power supply determining means 16.
